The essentials usually required: a valid trade license, the Memorandum/Articles of Association showing the company's activity and structure, passport copies (and Emirates ID where available) for every owner or partner, and official company contact details (email, phone) plus the full address. If the company has a formal board, a board resolution authorizing a specific person to submit the application may also be requested.

The most common mistake that delays registration: the company name or activity on the application doesn't literally match what's on the trade license, or an owner's details have changed (a renewed passport, for instance) without first being updated in the commercial registry.
